Need a web based app for clinic management system. the website must handle multiple clinics with each clinic having multiple doctors. the receptionist enters the patient details into the site and are stored in a Database for retrieval. During the consultation, the doctor enters the prescription details into the database created above.The patient can reserve appointment online and inturn will receive appointment date which ensures time saving and minimizes local visit. This project provides an easy and effective mechanism to keep track of our medication.
users of the project are
admin (all privilages)

patient(end user)
the website must contain separate modules for each user.some of the modules are
add / remove clinic
add / remove doctor
add/remove patient
view prescription details
book appointment online from one of the clinic selecting appropraite doctor
