ONLINE FEEDBACK SYSTEM
ABSRACT:
The present system is application software specifically prepare concentrating on college application. Exams are common for students but for teachers it will quite tough. Here we make student as teachers and teachers as students.
In this software we evaluate the teachers as per their performances. Actually, the feedback of teachers is usually used in technical colleges but it is manual and time consuming process. In present system we replace the current manual system by online feedback system. We get the result in a minute and it is reliable one.
The result of system useful for college authority to see proper performance of teachers and help teachers to improve their performance.
For implementation we use Java as front end and Microsoft Access as back end.
While their effort focused on exploring the technical and administrative problems associated with going on-line, this research aims at the implementation of such on-line systems for both summative and formative teaching evaluation purposes in local system.
The main objectives of this research are as follows:
1. Development and implementation of a Centralised On-line System for Student Evaluation of Teaching ( COSSET ) to support end-of-semester teaching evaluation.
2. Development and implementation of an On-line System for Teaching Evaluation for Instructors ( OSTEI ) to support formative evaluation of teaching.
• the reasons for going on-line to collect teaching evaluation data from students,
• the design of COSSET,
• the design of the March trial,
• problems encountered in the trial,
