Respected Sir, i need i website which will basically have 2 feature buy/rent a room and other, sell/rent a room, user can post advertisements for flat or room which they want a PG or customer.
or else user can view listing from other users, website will contain of following modules
1)sign up and login
2)chatting between customers
3)area,no of rooms,male/female,bachelor/married etc filtering
4)document verification for users.
5) administrator controls,reports.
