This isa a project that captures the registration of cars in a licensing office. Vehicle numbers are given to new cars, or renewals are issued to old registered cars. Also, drivers licenses can be issued pending when one has passed the test and has cleared all inspection, while a learners permit can be issued while the drivers test is going on
