E-advertisement Portal System

I want an Online E-Advertisement Portal System project.
Using Java, jsp, servlet,html and css.
Software to be used - Netbeans 8.0
Database - MySQL v6.0
Apache Tomcat Server 8.0.3.0

Modules :
1) Job Portal
2) Classified Ads

Registered users can post and view ads.But, Non-registered users can only view the ads.
Admin control all the registered users and their ads.

This is my final year project.And, I want this project as soon as possible.
