Thank you for providing us this wonderful service or engineering.
The following section aims to provide you with information about the requirements of my new Web Site.

The primary reasons for the development of my Web Site is to connect people in the same community, village or city and find easy way to buy, sell, trade and help each other out in areas such as goods, cars, services, housing (Real State) and jobs.
Of course there are such websites already in the market (like kijiji.com, ebay.com….), but the one I wanted to created is intended for Africa, and I would like it to be as simple as possible.

Dynamic database driven site that will allow users create a profile or account if they need (they will need to login if they are placing item for sell or applying for a job or if you are offering a job position).

Web Site
This website will allow users to search for an item for sell, jobs or housing.
In the site users can view any ads and can contact the owner of the advertisement without login.
It will permit also to create their profile so they can login.
Users can place advertisements, job position, apartment for rent and more.

Users
Users of the website could be:
 Regular user  no login required (can view ads and contact owners)
 Recruiter login required (user with account/profile)
 Regular user who wants to place an item for sell login required
 Business user who wants to place her/his ad  login required
Users must login to apply for a position.

Admin
Administrator will have his own page were he can manage the website.
He will have the authority add or remove users, contents… he will be able to contact the users by email or send messages to his profile mailbox.
On his page he will monitor all the users, or one user at a time, he will be able to see:
 Number of time user connects.
 Last time he connects.
 What items he uploaded and when
 If the user has complains
 …..etc.
Admin will be able to manage his own account and could create other admins.
