Fault Tolerant Localization and Tracking of Multiple Sources in WSN Using Binary Data
FTLT(FAULT TOLERANT LOCALIZATION AND TRACKING) has following 3 phases:

IDENTIFICATION:all alarmed sensor nodes broadcast their status in their own neighborhood.then based on the received information, a subset of sensor nodes are elected as leader nodes.
LOCALIZATION:each leader runs dSNAP(distributed subtract on negative observation and add on positive) to determine the location of the source by only contacting the sensor nodes in its own neighborhood.
TRACKING/SMOOTHING:each leader uses a smoothing algorithm to track the path of the source.
